Cosmic Charlie – High energy Grateful Dead

Cosmic Charlie brings a high-energy take on the Grateful Dead catalog, described by David Gans of the Grateful Dead Hour as: “Cosmic Charlie really is a great band – these guys do this music the way it should be done: having the conversation in their own voices.”

Formed in Athens, Georgia in 1999, the band focuses on channeling the Dead’s energy and improvisational spirit rather than simply copying setlists. Nights often unfold without a fixed setlist, with improvisation and fan requests shaping the performance.
