Chicago indie-rock six-piece Ax & The Hatchetmen bring lively, horn-tinged rock and a party-ready set. Led by singer/guitarist Axel Ellis, the band features Salvatore Defilippis (guitar), Hunter Olshefke (bass), Nick Deputy (drums), Phil Pistone (trumpet) and Quinn Dolan (sax). Since signing with Arista Records in 2023 they’ve released multiple singles and EPs, including the Constant Change EP and the single “Blurry Lights” (featuring Albert Hammond Jr.).
