Expect a mix of brief context-setting, a guided practice around a theme, an optional short conversation, and a longer sound-only meditation.

Kelly Kelbel
Kelly began meditating while undergoing chemotherapy and created Chemo Sessions to support people in treatment through letters, music, tips, and guided meditations. She is a writer and co-owner of synthesizer company Make Noise in West Asheville. kellykelbel.com

Tony Rolando
