Ride the subtle currents of movement and sound in this heart-centered, all-levels vinyasa practice led by Asheville Yoga Center Director Seán Johnson, accompanied by live music from multi-instrumentalist Chris Rosser. The Bhakti Flow experience includes chanting, fluid sequencing, space for intuitive movement, and a gentle closing sequence with meditation.

Please bring your own mat and any yoga props you use. Fifteen spaces each week are reserved as a perk for Asheville Yoga Center monthly unlimited and annual members (register at www.youryoga.com).
