Open Mic Performer Sign-Ups — The Bluebird Cafe

This sign-up page is for Open Mic performers only. Online performer sign-ups open at 11:00 AM CST on the date listed and there are 18 slots available. To secure a slot, add one to your cart when they become available. In an effort to include as many writers as possible, participating songwriters are asked not to sign up for two consecutive Open Mic Night shows.

Performers must be at the club and checked in with the host by 5:15 PM on the Monday evening in order to perform. Each participating writer may play 1–2 original songs, solo or accompanied by no more than two others on stage. Drums and backing tracks are not allowed. The venue provides a Taylor Grand Pacific guitar and a Kawai 88-key digital piano that performers may use. Each performer may bring one guest.

Guest tickets/seating are first-come, first-served when doors open and are not reserved in advance; you may be seated with persons outside your immediate party. Open Mic Nights are supported by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA).
