Doom Metal Yoga — a slow & deep flow set to doom metal, guided by instructor Quantum Mystic. This class emphasizes alignment, breath-connected movement, and long-held stretches to release tension before final relaxation.

What to expect: The session begins with a gentle moon flow to warm muscles, joints, and fascia, followed by longer holds and deep stretches. Lights will be kept low to allow attendees to practice at their own pace. All experience levels welcome. Bring your own mat. This is an 18+ event.
