Jason Grant is an accomplished trumpeter and music educator who began performing professionally at 17. A veteran of the United States Army Band and a graduate of the UTSA School of Music and UT Austin’s Butler School of Music, he blends jazz tradition with a contemporary sound influenced by Miles Davis, Roy Hargrove, and Marquis Hill.
