Coffee & CARs (Controlled Articular Rotations) w/ Audrey

Coffee & CARs is a relaxed community movement session for anyone who wants to move, connect, and enjoy a warm (or decaf) beverage. You’ll be guided through Controlled Articular Rotations—slow, deliberate, active joint movements that take you from your head to your toes without momentum or compensation. The session is designed to be approachable for all ages and movement levels.
