Move. Reset. Reconnect. Factory Reset is a quarterly community-driven wellness pop-up blending movement, contrast therapy, and house music. The day opens with a 4–5 mile sunrise run led by Washed Up Coffee Club, followed by a body-warming vinyasa flow with Katie Beaver, and closes with contrast therapy from Sauna (Charleston & Nordic Wave).
Jack Callahan of Groove Violation performs a live DJ set to keep energy grounded and mood elevated. Dawn Patrol provides complimentary food & coffee, and Promix supplies hydration throughout the day.
