Join the South Carolina Brewery Running Series for the Hoppy Holidays 5K at Charles Towne Fermentory Garden! Run, walk, or jog a 5k-ish course that starts and ends at the CTF Garden, then celebrate at the finish line with a locally made craft beverage.
When: Saturday, December 13 at 12:00 noon — finish festivities through 2:00 PM
Where: Charles Towne Fermentory Garden, West Ashley, Charleston, SC
The course winds through the nearby neighborhood and along the West Ashley Bikeway. This is an untimed, family-friendly fun run for all ages and fitness levels — move at your own pace and enjoy fresh air and community vibes.
Registration includes: one craft beverage of your choice from Charles Towne Fermentory, your choice of a collector’s pint glass or Brewery Running Series swag item, plus access to live music, food trucks, raffle prizes, and giveaways from partners and sponsors.
Specials & Notes: Wear festive holiday attire (Santa, elves, ugly sweaters) for a chance to win the best-dressed contest. You must bring a valid ID to redeem alcoholic beverages — participants under 21 receive a token for a non-alcoholic beverage. The event is rain or shine and takes place on public roads and trails, so please be aware of traffic and follow local laws.
