Ride the subtle currents of movement and sound in this Bhakti Flow all-levels vinyasa class led by Luna Ray of Asheville Yoga Center with live music by multi-instrumentalist Chris Rosser. The session blends soulful chanting, fluid sequencing, space for intuitive movement, and a nourishing closing meditation.
Bring your own mat and any props you prefer. Fifteen spaces each week are reserved as a perk for Asheville Yoga Center monthly unlimited and annual members; register at www.youryoga.com.
