Brian Donohoe Quartet

Live taping & listening-room concert: Brian Donohoe Quartet brings an intimate jazz set featuring Brian Donohoe (saxophone), Bruce Saunders (guitar), James Suter (bass), and Michael Longoria (drums). Expect inventive arrangements that draw from jazz, funk, soul, and soundtrack traditions.

Brian Donohoe is an Oscar-nominated musician and composer with credits alongside Bruno Mars, the Black Pumas, and early Snarky Puppy work. Based in Austin, he teaches composition and piano at Austin Community College and records and performs across multiple genres.

Venue: Monks Jazz — 310 E Saint Elmo Road, Unit B, Austin, TX 78745. Doors: 7:45 PM. Show: 8:00 PM. This is a live taping, so a whisper policy will be enforced. The event is BYOB; cold still and sparkling water will be available for purchase, with ice, wine keys, and 9oz cups provided.
